Start with the number
A homeowner should be able to understand their own position before anyone asks them to act on it. That ordering is the whole company.
For most American households, the home is the largest asset they will ever own and the one they understand least precisely. The mortgage statement arrives monthly and is exact. The other side of the ledger, what the property is actually worth, goes unmeasured for years at a time.
That gap is not harmless. It is where people make decisions with bad information, and it is where an industry that profits from urgency does its best work.
Measurement before products
So we build measurement first. Our tools take the numbers a homeowner already knows, apply public housing data, and return a figure with the arithmetic shown. They are free, they do not require an account, and they do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, or an income figure, because none of those are needed to do arithmetic.
The data underneath is the Federal Housing Finance Agency house price index, a public domain series built from millions of repeat sales and appraisals. It is the same series economists and regulators use. We did not invent a proprietary valuation model and we do not claim one, because a number a homeowner cannot check is not worth giving them.
What we refuse to do
We do not invent metrics. This site carries no user counts, no dollars-saved figures, no uptime claims, and no certifications. Everything stated about this company resolves to a public record: the license to NMLS Consumer Access, the corporation to the California Secretary of State, the brands to live sites.
We do not publish testimonials, star ratings, review counts, or lender logo walls. Every one of those is trivially fabricated, which is exactly why they are everywhere in this industry and why they are worth nothing.
We do not present an estimate as an appraisal. An index applied to a purchase price is useful for watching a trend over time. It is not useful for anything that depends on the exact figure, and our tools say so on the page rather than in a footnote.
Who runs it
LMK Media is a California corporation founded in 2025 by Lukas Kallweit, who runs it day to day and answers the phone number on the contact page. The company holds a mortgage license, NMLS ID 2868901.
That license belongs to the company. It does not mean any individual brand lends, arranges financing, or refers anyone to a lender: each brand states its own limits plainly on its own site, and those statements are the operative ones.
